<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the average divided flow of a lubricant to each rolling element circulating path regardless of the installed position of a grease nipple to an end plate and the kind of the lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: This motion guide device includes an end plate 5 whose moving block installation surface 501 is formed in plane shape and whose anti-moving block installation surface 502 is formed with thinned wall parts 52. In the motion guide device, a lubricating passage 30 includes a first lubricating passage 30a formed extending horizontally toward the center part from the side face surface parallel with the longitudinal direction of a raceway rail 1 in the end plate 5; a second lubricating passage 30b formed at the center part of the end plate 5; and a third lubricating passage 30c formed in groove shape in the moving block installation surface 501 of the end plate 5.
