<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging device that reduces noise effects on image data by detecting noise caused by voltage noise of a bias voltage or an off-voltage of a scanning line. <P>SOLUTION: The radiographic imaging device 1 includes a detection part P having each scanning line 5, each signal line 6, and a plurality of radiation detection elements 7, a readout circuit 17 for reading out image data D from each radiation detection element 7, a scanning driver 15 for applying an off-voltage Voff to each scanning line, each bias line 9 for supplying a bias voltage Vbias to each radiation detection element 7, a noise detector 43 that converts a voltage noise, occurring in the bias voltage Vbias applied to each bias line 9 during readout processing, into charge noise by a first capacitor C1 and detects noise data dn equivalent to the charge noise by output of it from an amplifier circuit N18, and a controller 22 that calculates corrected image data D<SP>*</SP>by subtracting the detected noise data dn respectively from image data D for each radiation detection element 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
