PURPOSE: A water-proof plate for a drain pipe system laid on the floor is provided to simply and completely implement waterproofing construction by placing the water-proof plate in a bathroom. CONSTITUTION: A water-proof plate for a drain pipe system laid on the floor comprises a main body(50) and a supporting plate(60). The main body has a low side wall partly lower than the height of the lower part of retaining wall sleeves which are connected to a toilet bowl sewage pipe and a drain pipe laid in a wall. The supporting plate comprises a pipe supporting part for supporting sewage pipes and drain pipes connected to the retaining wall sleeves.
