The crusher (1) has a driving unit (3) rotating a support (16) around a primary axis (A) that is perpendicular to the support. A swing drive unit drives a container (21) by the support in a rotating manner. The container is provided with a housing (24) that receives a closed tube containing a sample and crushing balls. The tube is parallel to the support in the housing. The support contains a counterweight (36) that is diametrically opposite to the container with respect to the primary axis, so that centre of gravity and centre of inertia of the crusher are located on the primary axis.
