<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biological sensor having the advantage of a biosensor using a diamond-based electrode, and not having a defect of the biosensor, wherein a measuring electronic apparatus is offset by a stop of the biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: This biological sensor 100 for measuring electrochemically and/or electrically includes at least: a measuring electrode 112 capable of measuring electrochemically and/or electrically, including at least a part of a diamond layer 104 to which impurities are added, of a substrate comprising a laminate including at least one dielectric layer 106 arranged between the diamond layer 104 to which impurities are added and a semiconductor material layer 108; and an electronic circuit 114 formed on a part of the semiconductor material layer 108, and connected electrically to the measuring electrode 112, for amplifying and/or processing at least one electric signal output from the measuring electrode 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
