PURPOSE: A red phosphorescence compound is provided to prevent a triplet extinction effect through intermolecular interaction by enhancing the steric hindrance effects of ligands and to ensure high brightness and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A red phosphorescence compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 1-5; and R1, R2, and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1~6 alkyl or C1~C6 alkoxy, wherein one of R1, R2, and R3 is a C1~C6 alkyl group or alkoxy group. An organic electroluminescence device comprises an electroluminescent layer between negative and positive electrodes. The electroluminescent layer comprises a dopant material and a host material.
