PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a fall in the substantial volume of a storage part in comparison with the case of mounting an S-trap when mounting a drain trap to a washstand or a sink provided with the storage part thereunder. SOLUTION: The drain trap 20 includes a drainage inflow part 36 into which drainage flows, and a drainage outflow part 38 out of which drainage flows. The drain trap 20 further includes a water storage part 30 and a barrier rib 34. The water storage part 30 is connected to the drainage inflow part 36 and the drainage outflow part 38. The water storage part 30 stores drainage flowing in from the drainage inflow part 36. The barrier rib 34 is provided in the water storage part 30. The barrier rib 34 intercepts the drainage.
