PURPOSE: A long-term storage method of natural tricholoma matsutake is provided to freely control the storage conditions of the natural tricholoma matsutake including temperature, humidity, and atmospheric conditions. CONSTITUTION: A long-term storage method of natural tricholoma matsutake uses a storage chamber capable of freely adjusting temperature, humidity, and atmospheric conditions and maintaining the set storage conditions. The temperature of the storage chamber is -0.2-0deg C. The humidity of the storage chamber is 90-95%. The atmosphere inside the storage chamber contains 0.4-1.5% of carbon dioxide, 3-5% of oxygen, and the balance of nitrogen. |
