PURPOSE: Circular preform manufacturing apparatus and method are provided to increase the compactness of a preform by increasing the speed of the centrifugal force of a rotating body. CONSTITUTION: A circular preform manufacturing apparatus(100) consists of a rotating motor, a support unit, a rotating body(30), a connector and a case(50). The rotating motor is installed on a lower body. The first and second supports(21,22) of the support unit are installed on both sides of an upper body. The first and second supports comprise grooves(25). The rotating body comprises a first shaft(31), a second shaft and a plurality of through grooves(35). The first and second shafts are inserted into the grooves between the supports. A preform is mixed with a reinforcing material, a binder and solvent.
