SCANNING DEVICE USING RAY BEAM FOR BACKSCATTERING IMAGING AND METHOD THEREOF

A scanning device using ray beam for backscattering imaging, include: radiation source; fixed shield plate and rotating shield body positioned respectively between the radiation source and the scanned subject, wherein the fixed shield plate is fixed relative to the radiation source, and the rotating shield body is rotatable relative to the fixed shield plate. The ray passing area permitting the rays from the radiation source to pass through the fixed shield plate is provided on the fixed shield plate, and ray incidence area and ray emergent area are respectively provided on the rotating shield body. During the process of the rotating and scanning of the rotating shield body, the ray passing area of the fixed shield plate intersects consecutively the ray incidence area and the ray emergent area of the rotating shield body to form scanning collimation holes. Additionally, a scanning method using ray beam for backscattering imaging is also provided.
