PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there are a lot of users without knowing presence of a convenient reverse toggle key, and the function thereof tends not to be effectively used. SOLUTION: Five Japanese characters such as "sa", "shi", "su", "se" and "so" are allocated to a key 43. A message 106 for guiding a reverse toggle key 14 is displayed on a screen 100d at timing the changeover of the characters has made a circuit from "sa" through "shi", "su" and "se" to "so" by continuously receiving inputs of the key 43 five times.
