PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device capable of achieving reduction of power consumption when driving is performed and prolongation of the life of the device by reducing the number of friction parts of a lens holder. SOLUTION: In the lens driving device 1A, the lens holder 4 is supported to be movable in an optical axis direction of a lens and turnable around a shaft by a first shaft 11, and magnetic force for turning the lens holder 4 toward a piezoelectric actuator 21 side is made to act to between a second shaft 12 composed of magnetic substance and a magnet 18, whereby an abutting state of the lens holder 4 on the piezoelectric actuator 21 is maintained. Thus, members coming into contact with the lens holder 4 are only the first shaft 11 and the piezoelectric actuator 21, and thereby the number of friction parts of the lens holder 4 can be reduced in comparison with the conventional configuration.
