THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED ARTICLE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having good electric conductivity and a small degree of anisotropy in a molding shrinkage rate. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is prepared by mixing a thermoplastic resin, carbon nanotubes and a fibrous crystal of calcium silicate. A liquid crystal polyester resin is preferably used for the thermoplastic resin. Carbon nanotubes having a multilayer structure are preferably used for the carbon nanotubes. Aggregated particles comprising aggregates of a xonotlite crystal are preferably used as the fibrous crystal of calcium silicate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
