PURPOSE: A stepper capable of waist exercise is provided to maximize the whole body exercise effect through upper body and lower body exercise. CONSTITUTION: A stepper capable of waist exercise comprises: a frame(150) which forms the body and is supported on the floor; stages(130a,130b) which are installed in both sides of the frame and are installed in a predetermined direction; a separation unit(140) which elastically supports the stages and moves the stages in a predetermined direction; a handle unit(110) in which the bottom part thereof is rotationally connected to the frame and the upper part thereof performs a role of a handle; and a link unit rotating the handle unit.
