<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device particularly suitable for cooling a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp and that can be more compactly formed while having the same or higher power. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 includes an air blower 12 having an impeller 13 and a heat sink 6 through which a cooling flow passes when the impeller 13 rotates. The heat sink 6 has a guide blade 7 that is shifted from a radial direction.
