<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture the whole image including a main object with desired luminance without degrading image quality when flash light is used for imaging. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with: a calculation part 131 that calculate a luminance difference of the main object areas between in first mode that uses flash and in second mode that uses no flash; a calculation part 132 that calculates luminance difference of pixels in the first mode and the second mode; and a calculation part 133 that calculates luminance amplification amounts of the pixels on the basis of the luminance difference of the main object area and the pixel luminance difference of the pixels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
