PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product-treating article capable of strengthening fragrance after drying fiber products such as clothing and adding flexibility. SOLUTION: The fiber product-treating article is prepared by carrying (A)≥1 kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of amine compounds having one or more 8-24C hydrocarbon groups which may be separated through an amide group, an ester group and/or an ether group, neutralized compounds thereof and quaternary compounds thereof and (B) microcapsules comprising (b-1) a core material which is a perfume composition and (b-2) a wall material which is a water insoluble material, on (C) a nonwoven fabric comprising a polyethylene and/or a polypropylene.
