<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and quickly testing genetic toxicity, capable of applying to several mg of a quantity of a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The method for testing genetic toxicity includes the step of removing an object to be tested after adding the object to a culture fluid of a cell to expose and then adding a new culture solution to continue the culture, dyeing a cell nucleus to photograph after the elapse of a cell division and measuring the diameter of the cell nucleus and the number of cells by an image analyzer with image analysis operation software functions, and comparing the average diameter of the cell nucleus with that of a control cell nucleus to measure the swelling phenomenon of the cell nucleus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
