PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit radar information efficiently by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: An SSR sensor signal processor 1 and a remote device 2 are connected through one high-speed serial transmission line 3. A transmission circuit 11 converts digital data that contains observation data obtained by a radar into serial data, inserts a specific synchronous code into the serial data, based on an angle pulse generated by an azimuth signal of the radar, and transmits the serial data thus prepared to the remote device 2 through the high-speed serial transmission line 3. A receiving circuit 21 receives the serial data through the high-speed serial transmission line 3 and reproduces the digital data from the received serial data, while reproducing the angle pulse, based on the specific synchronous code contained in the serial data.
