PURPOSE: An electric fan using a circulation pipe is provided to prevent the components of the fan from becoming rusty by installing a circulation pipe for flowing water. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan using a circulation pipe comprises a lower water tank(200), a pump, a circulation pump(300), and a fan(100). The lower water tank is formed in the bottom end of the electric fan. The pump is installed inside the lower water tank. The circulation pipe is connected to the rear surface of the top of the lower water tank. The fan is installed on the top front surface of the lower water tank.
