This invention relates to an innovative industrialised construction system based on prefabricated structural panels, characterised in that it comprises modules of panels that essentially comprise a metal structure made up of rolled profiles of different calibres that are fixed at their ends to form perimeter frames in whose internal space is placed at least one plate of acoustic and thermal insulating material; a film of impermeable material joined to both faces of said insulating material, covering both faces and partially the rolled profiles that make up the panel, which prevent moisture filtration; a metal mesh joined to both faces of the panel attached around the perimeter to the rolled profiles and comprising transversal joining means that pass through the impermeable film from one face to the other and the insulating plate to hold a mesh of one face with the mesh of the other face to provide greater stability and strength; a concrete layer applied to both faces on said meshes that give support thereto to provide the finish of said panels.
