PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation aid which enables people who have dysfunction or lessening function of the hands or the fingers because of disease or accidents to have rehabilitation anytime and anywhere and quicken the functional recovery, also enables sport players or the like to train finger force, hand gripping power or the arms anytime and anywhere. SOLUTION: The rehabilitation aid is formed with a five-finger glove 1 with bag sections in which five fingers of the hand are inserted respectively, a fixing piece which is integrally prepared in the outlet of the hand of the glove and fixes the glove to the inward side of the wrist part, a glove fixing part for being fixed to the fixing piece, which is made with a fixing folding piece 2-2 which is continuously extended from the outer side of the wrist and overlapped and fixed to make an engagement so that the wrist part may not move to the fingertip, three rubber strings whose one ends are respectively fixed to the fixing piece located in the wrist part and the other ends to each ends of the index finger, the middle finger and the fourth finger and a rubber string which annularly connects between the ends of the five-finger glove 1.
