MANUFACTURES HISTORY PURSUITING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A product history tracking system is provided to trace a delivery history according to each product form production factory to franchise by recording and managing information and specific work state of a product in real time. CONSTITUTION: A mixing unit terminal(100) measures dough mixing temperature in a mixer and obtains mixture machine identification of dough. A molding unit terminal(200) obtains combination information of the dough and inherent identification of a divisive mold in which the dough is divided and molded. A weight measurement unit terminal(300) measures the weight of the portioned and molded dough and collects the measured weight data. A temperature and humidity measurement device(400) measured temperature/humidity in a fermenter in real time.
