<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of cable connection between electric apparatuses, and to improve the connection quality, in wiring work mainly within a switchboard for connecting cables. <P>SOLUTION: A cable connection check system within the switchboard using image processing, an identification tag manufacturing method and a device, executes steps of: printing two-dimensionally coded cable number and cable line number to tags attached to all cable end portions within the switchboard; digitally photographing a connection portion of the connected electric apparatus; transmitting a digital image data to a computer through an internet; and matching with a design data after soft processing the image data. The method determines whether the connection work is correct or incorrect, by matching the image data of the connection portion and the design data, and issues operation instructions again through the internet. The tag is continuously printed on a PET film by a printer, and welded in a tubular form by an ultrasonic welding machine, after being folded in two, and further folded into four, depending on using purposes. Printed cable line number and two-dimensional code are displayed on a tag surface formed in a horizontally long shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
