PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor that determines an inspection area including an inspection object at a high speed. SOLUTION: An inspection object determining part 33 sets measurement points in image data in accordance with an amount of reduction, and determines whether the points are candidate points of an inspection object in accordance with RGB luminance values of the measurement points. An inspection line setting part 34 sets a line in which a measurement point determined to be a candidate point by the inspection object determining part 33 exists in an inspection line. An inspection area expanding part 35 expands the inspection area in accordance with the inspection line set by the inspection line setting part 34. Further, an inspection area determination part 36 determines whether the inspection area expanded by the inspection area expanding part 35 is an inspection area including the inspection object in accordance with a feature amount.
