The hummus can be used in the rational nutrition of people with diabetes and hypertension and is preferred by people with reduced calorie (balance) food regime. Its prolonged use above 3 months reduces the risk of some cancer diseases. The hummus includes chick-peas, ground-baked sesame seed, salt, garlic powder, water, fresh lemon juice. In accordance with the useful model, spices are added to the ready mixture (garlic, red or green bell peppers, parsley, savory, eggplant, curry, chilly, cedar nuts), which produce the main variation of the humus with the specified spice. |
