PURPOSE: An air-purge apparatus for a cooling process for a reinforcing bar is provided to smoothly perform a cutting process by sensing reinforcing bars exhausted from a temp core apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An air-purge apparatus for a cooling process for a reinforcing bar comprises an exhaust pipe, a guide pipe(110), and an air supply pipe(120). When the cooling process of reinforcing bars is performed, the exhaust pipe exhausts cooling water with the reinforcing bars. The guide pipe is installed in the end of the exhaust pipe to guide the reinforcing bars. The air supply pipe is connected to the outer end of the exhaust pipe to control the flow of the exhausted cooling water.
