PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store URL position information of websites retrieved in the past as a search history, extract a search history for the vicinity of the current position, compare the positions, and display the closest information. SOLUTION: A history of information search is stored. The current position is acquired by a GPS or the like. Information is selected on the basis of position information in the stored search history and the acquired current position.
