PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position locating device capable of enhancing the position locating accuracy, without requiring high accuracy or high performance of a sensor. SOLUTION: An azimuth line data input unit 1 collects azimuth line data from a sensor 101. An azimuth line data reliability determining unit 2 determines whether the azimuth line data collected by the azimuth line data input unit 1 is a value within a range of a predetermined particulars, and outputs only the azimuth line data within a range of particulars. A frequency classification unit 3 classifies data by a predetermined frequency, based on the azimuth line data output from the azimuth line data reliability determining unit 2.
