PURPOSE: A linear motion converting device and flowering device using the same is provided to open and close flower by using a manual mover. CONSTITUTION: A linear motion converting device comprises a shaft(100), a vertical mover(200), a housing(500) and an arm. The shaft revolves. The vertical mover is combined with the shaft and has vertical direction movement. The housing accepts the vertical mover. The arm is installed in the vertical mover and passes through the housing. The shaft comprises a pin(P) which is perpendicularly projected in the outer side surface of the vertical mover. The vertical mover comprises a mover main body(210) and a slope groove(220).
