PURPOSE: A golf exercise apparatus is provided to modify a slope of a flat board variously, particularly to control the slope of the flat board with a simple manipulation up and down and back and forth thereby a very slanted slope can be arranged. CONSTITUTION: The golf exercise apparatus(100) contains a flat board(110) in which a user can step and stand, a support stand(120), of which an upper end is combined in a lower surface of the flat board to rotate and which supports the flat board, a disc(130) equipped with a cupola-shape part in a planar section contacting with the lower surface of the flat board and a lower part of the planar section, and a height adjusting part(140) capable of supporting the disc and controlling height. According to height changes of the height adjusting part, the disc rotates and the slope of the float board changes around a support stand.
