PURPOSE: A exhaust duct is provided to guarantee the heat insulation effect since heat insulation member is simply assembled as condensate collection cover structure. CONSTITUTION: The exhaust duct(1) includes: a panel body(10); a cover member(20); a fixing member(30); a bolt(40). The panel body includes: bolt holes(14); a nut hole; horizontal ribs; and elongated grooves. The bolt holes are formed in one end of vertical end portion among four end parts of the panel body. The nut hole is formed in the other end part(13) correspondently to the bolt hole. The elongated groove is formed at right angle to the horizontal rib. The cover member is fixed in the inner surface of the panel body. The fixing member presses and supports the cover member in the elongated groove. The bolt is fixed through the bolt hole of the touching end parts of the panel body and nut holes respectively.
