The device (1) has locking devices (16, 26) provided with actuating levers (18, 28). Push buttons (34, 44) present an active position in which the lever maintains slides (10, 20) in an unlocked position, and an inactive position in which the lever maintains the slides in a locked position. A connection device (50) is arranged to bring the push buttons in the active position. The former push button is moved along a transversal direction with respect to the connection device. The other button is connected to a connecting bar (52).
