PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing the generation of frost of a kimchi storage tank, and a method thereof are provided to supply cool air into the storage tank after dehydrating. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing the generation of frost of a kimchi storage tank comprises the following: an air circulation path(1) formed in the storage tank; a frost prevention unit(2) condensing the moisture in air, by being installed on the air circulation path; and a blower(3) circulating the air inside the storage tank. The frost prevention unit is an evaporator or a hygroscopic agent. |
