<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily discriminate whether or not a frequency change of a reference signal from the outside is being stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The signal processing apparatus includes: an input unit for inputting a reference signal supplied from external equipment; a phase detection unit for detecting a phase difference between the reference signal input by the input unit and a clock; a generation unit for generating the clock of a frequency corresponding to output of the phase detection unit; and a control unit which detects an error between a frequency of the reference signal input by the input unit and the frequency of the clock based on the output of the phase detection unit and displays, on a display device, information indicating the state of a frequency change of the reference signal on the basis of the error detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
