PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable with a terminal fitting capable of preventing damage to a core wire and the reduction of a retaining force at crimping the flat cable by an insulation barrel, and a terminal crimping die for the flat cable. SOLUTION: The insulation barrel 35 of the flat cable 10 with the terminal fitting includes: folded portions 37, 37 bent to be folded back to the other face side of the flat cable 20 along both sides of the flat cable 20; and a pair of barrel pieces 38, 38 which are positioned at tip sides of the respective folded portions 37, 37 and press the face along the other face of the flat cable 20.
