PURPOSE: A power management network registration method of an electrical device is provided to register a predetermined electric product to power management network through simple operation of a power management network binder. CONSTITUTION: A binder communicates with a communication modem of a registration target electric product(S403). A user performs a registration command through an input unit of the binder(S404). The binder determines existence of the other home code related to power management network in the communication modem of the registration electrical product(S405). The binder deletes an existing home code(S406).
