PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board assembly with a new structure which restrains increase in the size and in the height direction and limitation on a wiring region of a printed board and stably holds two printed boards that are mutually connected and are disposed orthogonally. SOLUTION: There are placement and fixation units 48, 48, where an end edge section 22 of a first printed board 12 overlaps and is fixed in a substrate connection member 16, and a pair of guide rails 50, 50 in which a second printed board 14 is inserted and held. The insertion direction of the second printed board 14 in the pair of guide rails 50, 50 is made orthogonal with respect to overlapping surfaces 56, 56 of the first printed board 12 in the placement fixation units 48, 48, thus separately positioning an end edge section 34 at an insertion side to the guide rails 50, 50 of the second printed board 14 to the outside of the end edge section 22 of the first printed board 12.
