PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle containing liquid and a can containing liquid for displaying many information items without interfering with the display of original information such as a trade mark described on the ceiling of a cap or the character of a promotion seal, and for extremely reducing the load of processing for the reading of the information and the management of merchandise.

SOLUTION: A PET bottle 10 containing liquid includes: a PET bottle body 11; liquid 13; a cap 12; and an information code 17. The liquid 13 is stored in the PET bottle body 11. The cap 12 is mounted on the PET bottle body 11. The information code 17 is printed in invisible ink on the surface of a ceiling 15 of the cap 12 as a bit sequence.
