LOW VOLTAGE MIXER CIRCUIT FOR A UWB SIGNAL TRANSMISSION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A low voltage mixer circuit for UWB signal transmission device is provided to increase a voltage amplitude of an output signal of a mixer circuit due to a transconductance stage using a lower supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: A transistor(M5~M8) is connected to a connect node of a transconductance stage. An impedance is serially connected between two terminals of a supply voltage source(VDD). A mixer circuit is integrated in a silicon substrate.
