The cutter has a replaceable cartridge used at distal ends of the cutter and comprising a mantle forming a receiving chamber. Retaining teeth are formed at a tooth strip guided into the cartridge in a longitudinally movable manner. Distal ends of the mantle are opened. A transport-tooth running in a longitudinal direction is formed in the mantle. Resected chips held in the mantle are moved by the retaining teeth of the tooth strip during proximal aligned opening movement of upper parts (12) i.e. sliders, of the cutter.
