NON-SINTERING INORGANIC BINDER COMPRISING MILLING STONE, CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE COMPOSITION MAKING METHOD USING THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A non-sintering binder, a producing method of a room temperature strength expression concrete composition using thereof, and the concrete composition are provided to secure the excellent compressive strength of the concrete composition at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A non-sintering binder for the room temperature strength expression contains an alkali activator, and a binder including 5~20wt% of stone powder, 30~50wt% of blast furnace slag, and 30~50wt% of fly ash. The binder and the alkali activator are mixed in a weight ratio of 60~80:40~20. A producing method of a room temperature strength expression concrete composition using the non-sintering binder comprises the following steps: mixing fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water; and inserting the non-sintering binder into the mixture.
