FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry and can be applied in replantation of teeth. Method of teeth replantation includes manufacturing of post in form of cylinder for fixation of replanted tooth in alveolar socket. In root part of tooth canal for post is drilled. Axis of canal hole for post is located in perpendicular or inclined to tooth axis plane, canal hole diameter being equal to post diameter. Drilled replanted tooth is installed into alveolar socket. Canal for post is drilled in external cortical plate, external spongy bone tissue and internal spongy cone tissue of jaw, without damaging internal cortical jaw plate. Axis of drilling of canal for post in tissues and bones of jaw coincides with axis of drilled canal for post in replanted tooth. Preliminarily made post is installed into drilled canal for post. Device contains conductor with, at least, one guiding cylindrical tube for setting direction of axis of canal for post drilling, unit of regulation of said tube position and its axis of drilling with respect to root part of tooth and unit of temporary tooth fixation in device. Conductor and said units are fixed with formation of rigid construction after fixation of tooth in device and setting required mutual position of said tube and tooth. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to ensure reliable immobilisation of replanted tooth, reduce risk of infectious process development and replanted tooth rejection. ^ 22 cl, 1 ex, 8 dwg |
