FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, abdominal surgery and can be used for stopping hemorrhage in case of traumatic injuries of liver. Method includes contact of cryoapplicator, filled with liquid nitrogen, with wound surface of liver. In order to exclude freezing of working surface of cryoapplicator to liver tissue 2-3 circular movements are made on wound surface. Cryotreatment is carried out in three cycles, duration of each cycle being one minute. ^ EFFECT: method excludes possibility of hemorrhages and bile oozing after operations on liver in human patients, reduces risk of repeated hemorrhages and formation of central liver hematomas. ^ 1 tbl, 5 dwg, 2 ex |
