The instrument (3) has a fixed body (4) and an internal cartridge holder (6) that is moved with respect to the fixed body. A lever (12) is articulated towards the body. An connection arm (15) is prolonged towards a rear of the cartridge holder and articulated by a posterior end in an intermediate point of the lever, so that the rotation is moved between two positions of the body and accompanies a displacement of the cartridge holder for extraction of an empty ink cartridge (7) and for introduction of the ink cartridge with a percussion at an end of a movement of folding of the lever.
