<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffractive optical element in which wavelength dependence of diffraction efficiency is low, and flexibility in the design is high. <P>SOLUTION: The diffractive optical element includes first and second optical parts 10 and 11 that are mutually connected and where a bonding plane 12 is formed on a diffractive surface 13. The diffractive optical element 1 is composed so that, out of the diffraction lights on one diffractive surface 13 among multiple kinds of laser beams, a diffractive order of diffraction light with the maximum light amount, and the diffractive order of at least one of other diffraction lights are mutually different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
