<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which does not inhibit an absorptive polymer from being swelled by an absorbed excretion liquid to allow the absorptive polymer to exhibit sufficiently the absorptive performance and, after used, can be buried into soil to be subjected to effective biodegradation or torn easily by hand into small pieces. <P>SOLUTION: The absorptive article 1 includes: a bag 11, an absorptive polymer, and a cutting area 13, wherein the bag 11 is made of a biodegradable and liquid-permeable sheet to have a thin and substantially sheet-like shape and has a plurality of holding spaces which are closed from the outside and separated apart from each others; the absorptive polymer is biodegradable, has a substantially granular or substantially powdery shape, and is packed in every holding space of the bag 11 to be movable within the space; and the cutting area 13 is formed by weakening a part of the bag 11 to get ready for cutting, and disposed so that the bag 11 may be divided into a plurality of districts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
