PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the deterioration of image quality such as a brightness variation and color distortion. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: a plurality of data lines; a plurality of gate lines which cross the data lines; a liquid crystal cell arranged in a matrix form; a display panel including a thin film transistor (TFT) formed on a crossing section of the data line and the gate line; a source drive IC which supplies a data voltage to the data line in which polarity is inverted in a column inversion form; and the gate drive circuit for sequentially supplying a gate pulse to the gate line. The polarity of the data voltage charged to a liquid crystal cell of the display panel is inverted in a dot inversion form. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
