<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively utilize a thermal energy emitted from the heater of a deodorizing machine for the heating treatment to an object to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment device comprises: a deodorizing machine including a treatment chamber which makes a heating treatment of the object to be treated, a heater part which receives the air to be introduced from the treatment chamber and a deodorizing part which deodorizes the air passing through the heater part; a discharging passage which guides the air discharged from the deodorizing machine after passing through both heater part and the deodorizing part, to the outside of the treatment chamber; and a reflux passage which returns the air discharged from the deodorizing machine after passing through at least the heater part, of the two alternatives of the heater part and the deodorizing part, to the treatment chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
