PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly of an electronic unit such as an ECU. SOLUTION: A module for electronic unit constitution includes: a connector 11 for a substrate; and a case 30 for housing a circuit board 12 to which the connector 11 for the substrate is fitted. The connector 11 for the substrate has a plurality of terminal metal fittings 24 and a housing 20 for holding them. The substrate case 30 has an insertion hole 30a for the circuit board 12, and is so shaped as to house the circuit board 12 to which the connector 11 for the substrate is fixed at a terminal portion in a state where the connector 11 for the substrate is exposed from the insertion hole 30a to the outside. Further, the substrate case 30 and the housing 20 for the connector 11 for the substrate are provided with a lock engage piece 21 and a lock projection portion 34 which engage with each other in a state where the circuit board 12 is housed to lock the housing 20 and the case 30 in an engagement state.
